Mediation Services:
Mediation is a process of conflict resolution in which disputing parties work together to resolve conflicts with the assistance of a neutral third party, the Mediator. The process is confidential. Parties are encouraged to focus on common interests rather than position when working toward a resolution. Parties maintain control of the outcome of any agreements they decide upon, thus creating an environment in which everybody "wins".

Parties in Mediation never lose their right to pursue litigation should the need arise. However, especially in matters involving children and families, mediation offers a unique opportunity to preserve and promote dignity, forgiveness and growth while minimizing the stress of ongoing litigation.
